2. Insert 3 stainless steel grinding beads with a diameter of 8mm in each centrifuge tube, cover the tube cover, insert the centrifuge tube into the adapter symmetrically, and fix the upper rocker arm;

3. Set the TL2010S tissue breaker parameter to 1800 rpm , automatically stop grinding 10S and cycle 5 times per grinding for 60 seconds (ie intermittent grinding for 5 minutes);

Why can't laboratory personnel use a conventional tissue homogenizer before to achieve better crushing?

With a 5ml crusher grinding tube ( or a normal round bottom centrifuge tube ) , the amount of sample placed in a single tube is not only increased, but a larger size of the grinding beads can be placed to create a larger impact force for better grinding. effect.

Intermittent grinding is

Setting a certain interval time can effectively reduce the degradation of the sample due to rapid temperature rise during continuous high-speed grinding and fracture, and provide guarantee for the smooth progress of subsequent experiments.
