Our engineers went to the scene to observe that the change in CO 2 display value was unstable, the temperature was around 37 °C, and the CO 2 display value was about 20%. Open the REVCO incubator control box and use the special instrument to check that the main board of the incubator is normal. Then judge whether the REVCO special solenoid valve is working normally. The REVCO special solenoid valve has 2 wires connected to the motherboard terminal block, and the instrument detection voltage is 0v. At this time, unplug the REVCO solenoid valve output line to determine whether the REVCO solenoid valve body is tightly closed. After observation, it is judged that the special solenoid valve of REVCO is normal and tightly closed. So what causes CO 2 to be as high as 20%? After analysis and elimination, it was decided to check the CO 2 sensor. The REVCO CO 2 incubator is a TC thermal conductivity CO 2 sensor. The resistance of the CO 2 sensor is detected by a dedicated meter. Two of the groups meet the normal index, and the other two groups have a much larger deviation than normal. This basically determines that the CO 2 sensor is faulty. Open the glass door, carefully remove the stainless steel partition inside the incubator and take out the REVCO CO 2 sensor. It was found that the CO 2 sensor was severely corroded by the influence of temperature, CO 2 and humidity due to long-term use in the incubator. Turn off the power, replace the new REVCO CO 2 sensor, turn on the power, and the CO 2 display value is 1.0%. Detected using an infrared CO 2 analyzer. Repeated adjustments and corrections over several hours. The displayed value is between 4.9% and 5.1%, and the error range is 0.1%, which is in line with the normal use index. After one month, the user feedback information, the REVCO CO 2 incubator is running normally after maintenance, and the effect is very good.
