Not warming up

The meter setting operating temperature has not been adjusted well.

When the meter sets the working temperature to be less than the ambient temperature value, the device will not work. Please adjust the meter to set the working temperature.

The heating switch is not open.

Please select and switch on the heating switch according to the required operating temperature.

Poor contact of the heating wire or broken electric heating wire.

If the heating wire is in poor contact, tighten the heating wire contact nut. If the heating wire is broken, the heating wire needs to be replaced.

Poor contact of relay (or contactor) contacts

Clean the contacts of the relay (or contactor).

Sensor disconnect

Turn on the sensor circuit.

Instrument damage

Replace the meter.

After the temperature reaches the set value, it still surges sharply.

Sensor short circuit

Troubleshoot the sensor short circuit or replace the sensor.

Instrument damage

Replace the meter.

The temperature protection switch is not properly adjusted.

Adjust the temperature value of the temperature protection switch alarm strictly according to the requirements of the manual.

Relay (or contactor) contacts have been etched

Improve environmental conditions and avoid excessive changes in ambient temperature.

Supply voltage changes too much

Take voltage regulation measures

Instrument control is slow

Repair or replace the meter.

Poor temperature uniformity

The blower motor does not turn

Troubleshoot the blast motor electrical circuit

The sample is loaded too densely

The sample should be loaded as required by the instructions to ensure proper circulation of hot air in the work chamber.

Hot air leak

Adjust the height of the door seal in the door slot to the proper position.

Improper adjustment of the air outlet

Adjust according to the working temperature and the density of the sample.

The phase of the external three-phase four-wire power line does not match the device.

Connect an external power supply according to the phase marked on the device.
