SPF-class laboratory animal room, the target is the animal. Mainly white mice and white rats. Its subject matter is mainly used for scientific research, disease prevention and control for various experiments. One of the main features of the subject itself is that it is sterile and free from external pollution. It has minimal damage to its work (feeding and testing) personnel and the external environment.

After clarifying the two objects and their relationship with the external environment and the staff, we can focus on the design and construction of the laboratory. The biggest difference is the difference between air pressure and airflow in its working room. This requires that the working chamber should be under negative pressure, and the indoor airflow should not be arbitrarily spilled. It must be safely treated before it can be discharged. The direction of the airflow is consistent with the direction in which the worker enters the studio.

From the dressing room (normal pressure) → cleaning corridor (micro-negative pressure) → air lock chamber (excessive negative pressure) → studio (negative pressure), from high to low. Ensure that the airflow flows in an orderly manner and is discharged at a high altitude after being safely disposed.
