VSV-G-tag fusion protein-detection, blocking experiment manual

VSV-G, a fusion coat G glycoprotein derived from vesicular stomatitis virus, is commonly used in biomedical research of retroviruses and lentiviral vectors. The VSV-G tag is typically fused to the N- or C-terminus of the protein of interest for observation and analysis using immunohistochemistry.

The VSV-G tag is often used to fuse to the N-terminus or C-terminus of the protein of interest and is conveniently visualized using immunohistochemistry.
