Five Misunderstandings for Agricultural Vehicles in Summer

The more oil the better

When the engine oil in the bottom shell of the diesel engine is insufficient, the oil pump will inhale air, which will affect the lubrication of the high-speed running bearings and journals. In severe cases, tile burning accidents may occur. Some peasant drivers take it for granted that as much oil as possible, they do not know that this will not cause burns, but due to too much oil, the crankshaft connecting rod is strongly agitated when the engine is in operation. This not only increases the internal power loss of the diesel engine, but also causes oil consumption. If it is too large, it will also cause fuel oil failure, resulting in carbon deposits on the cylinder and increased emissions.

The lower the temperature, the better

When the temperature of the airframe is too high, the efficiency of the engine's inflation will be reduced, the air-combustion system will easily produce air resistance, the strength of the mechanism will be reduced, the normal clearance will be destroyed, and the oil will deteriorate, resulting in poor lubrication and increased loss. For this reason, some drivers mistakenly believe that the lower the temperature, the better. They used the method of removing the thermostat to forcefully reduce the temperature of the engine. However, if the temperature is too low, the fluidity and evaporation of the fuel will deteriorate, the combustion process will slow down, the engine power will decrease, the fuel consumption will increase, the diesel engine will work rough, and the lubrication The conditions deteriorate, the frictional resistance increases, the wear increases, and the cylinder liner is prone to chemical and electrochemical corrosion. Therefore, when the engine is working, it should be kept within the temperature range specified in the specification. Excessively high and low temperatures are undesirable.

The higher the charging voltage, the better

When the generator charging voltage is too low, the battery is liable to drop due to insufficient charging voltage, thereby causing difficulty in starting and lighting. As a result, some drivers adjust the charging voltage too high, which, in spite of sufficient charging, may cause the battery electrolyte temperature to be too high, the water to evaporate too quickly, the service life of the battery to be shortened, and the excessively high voltage may burn the agricultural vehicle. Electrical, causing a malfunction.

The thicker the fuse, the better

The thickness of the vehicle fuse is designed by the engineering personnel when the agricultural vehicle is in production. The purpose is to protect the electrical equipment from being burned when the voltage is too high and the current is too high. However, some agricultural vehicle drivers are willing to use it for the convenience of use. Replacement of thicker fuses, so that the fuse is "insurable", but the electrical equipment is not safe, once the voltage, current is too large, it can easily burn electrical equipment, and even cause electrical fire. Therefore, after the fuse is blown, it must be checked carefully to find out the cause, troubleshoot, and replace the fuse of the same number that meets the specified requirements.

The tighter the drive belt, the better

Pumps, generators, and hydraulic pumps on agricultural vehicles are all driven by a V-belt. When the belt is slack, it will produce slip, which will reduce the transmission efficiency and accelerate the wear of the V-belts. Too tight a belt not only shortens the belt life due to excessive stretching, but also causes the pulley shaft to buckle and the wear of the bearing and the shaft is accelerated. The correct tightness should be adjusted when the belt presses the middle of the belt, and the amount of sinking should be 30%-50% of the center distance of the two pulley shafts.

Double Packed Sweet Corn Cob

A medium-sized cob of corn provides more than 10% of our daily dietary fibre requirements.
There are two types of dietary fibre - soluble and insoluble - and sweet corn contains both.
According to the American Heart Association, dietary fibre as part of an overall healthy diet can help lower blood cholesterol levels and may reduce the risk of heart disease. It is insoluble fibre that binds to cholesterol, preventing it from being absorbed into the bloodstream.
Insoluble fibre is responsible for promoting regularity and helping to prevent constipation by speeding up the passage of food and waste through the intestines and absorbing water to keep stools soft. Insoluble fibre has been shown to reduce the risk of haemorrhoids.
Fibre-containing foods such as sweetcorn also help to provide a sense of satiety and may therefore help to suppress appetite and aid weight management.
Dietary fibre has also been linked to a reduced risk of type 2 diabetes. A diet rich in fibre helps patients manage their disease.

Fibre is fermented by bacteria in the colon. Promising studies are underway to determine the health-promoting effects of fibre fermentation breakdown products, for example, short-chain fatty acids, which may help to maintain a healthy gut.
