2, installation location:

The electronic water processor should be installed after the water pump outlet, close to the piping and water equipment to be treated.

(2) Heat pump unit type central air conditioning system, an electronic water processor is installed on the refrigerant water pipe.

(3) Industrial cooling system, an electronic water processor is installed on the pipeline in front of the equipment that needs cooling.

(4) A heat exchange system in which an electronic water processor is installed on the hot return water line and the cold water supply line.

(5) A hot water boiler system in which an electronic water processor is installed on the cooling water pipe and the hot water supply pipe.

The power supply for the electronic water processor equipment is 220V/50HZ, and only the 220V three-pin socket set near the electronic water treatment installation is required.

3. Installation steps (1) For the new system, the installation location should be reserved in the design according to the size of the selected electronic water processor. For the old system, the installation location should be cut out on the pipe, and the size should match the electronic water processor selected.

(2) Place the two flanges corresponding to the flange of the electronic water processor on the pipe.

(3) Lift the electronic water processor in place with the lifting device.

(4) Install a gasket between the pipe flange and the electronic water treatment flange, adjust the position, fix it with bolts, initially tighten, then weld the pipe flange, and then tighten the bolt after welding.
