Principle of air generator

The structural principle of the air generator is generally composed of an air pump/compressor, a voltage stabilization system, a pressure control system, a purification system, and a display system.
The pneumatic system uses a voltage regulator and an overvoltage protection device to improve the stability of the gas pressure and ensure the safety and reliability of the instrument. It is equipped with drainage and dust filtration device, and adopts stainless steel gas storage tank instead of carbon steel gas storage tank, which greatly improves the purity of compressed air, and can fully meet the matching use of imported and domestic gas chromatographs.
The air generator purifies the natural air, removes moisture, oil and impurities from the air, and outputs a stable, clean air through the voltage regulator. With stable output pressure and low noise, it is the ideal air to replace high pressure air bottles.
How to use the air generator
(1) When removing the instrument from the packing box, please check if the accessories and warranty card are complete.
(2) Check the appearance of the instrument and whether there are any abnormal phenomena such as serious damage caused by transportation.
(3) Preparation and connection before starting up:
(1) Replace the seal plug on the “air input” port on the rear panel of the instrument with the “filter” in the accessory.
(2) Tighten the sealing female on the “air output” port on the rear panel without air leakage.
(3) Ground the instrument power supply grounding terminal (intermediate piece) and the chassis casing reliably.
(4) Turn on the power, start the switch, and the instrument starts working. At this point, the output gauge pointer gradually rises to 0.4 Mpa (factory setting), and after a few minutes, the compressor stops working (set by the machine). At this point, loosen the sealing nut on the air output A to make it slightly vented. Soon, the compressor will start automatically. The pressure gauge should always be at 0.4Mpa during the repeated cycle of compressor start-stop-start, indicating that the instrument is normal. (When the displacement exceeds the rated value, the pressure gauge will not stabilize at 0.4Mpa).
(5) During the start-stop cycle of the compressor, some water will be automatically discharged every time it stops working, but it cannot completely replace the manual drain, so it is still necessary to drain manually.
(6) After the above is normal, turn off the power supply, remove the pressure cap on the air outlet, and use the outer diameter pipe to connect with the instrument and ensure that the seal does not leak.
(7) When working again, just turn on the power switch.
(8) If only one output is used, the other outlet can be sealed with a blind mother.
Air generator usage precautions
1. Since the compressor is an inductive load, the instantaneous current when the power is turned off and off is several times higher than that during normal operation. It is easier to fuse and the 8A fuse should be used.
2. The compressor does not start during the working process, and the thermal protection relay starts, indicating that the compressor temperature is too high, and it will automatically return to normal after cooling.
3, in order to avoid excessive water in the machine, affecting the purity of the air, so you need to press the drain switch for a few seconds before shutting down. (The drain can be connected to the plastic bottle to avoid splashing outside the water), and the daily drainage should not be less than one time.
4. When viewing the color-changing silica gel from the observation window, the user can replace the new silica gel or dry it as needed.
5, in order to ensure the purity of the gas, the instrument needs to replace the activated carbon once every 1000 hours of operation (activated carbon is 20-40 mesh, pencil lead type).
6. Since the compressor is open circuit working mode, the lubricating oil will be discharged out of the machine with water, causing consumption. Therefore, after one year of use, the compressor should be properly lubricated. The fuel filler port is next to the compressor air outlet (or from the air intake). It is also possible to add 200 grams of No. 18 refrigeration oil.
7. The inlet filter should be cleaned regularly (cycle depends on the indoor dust condition, ultrasonic cleaning can be used) to keep the intake air unobstructed, otherwise it will easily cause the compressor working load to increase and heat. When the temperature is too high, overheat protection will occur. Caused downtime.
