First, the physical method
1. The screening method uses mechanical or artificial methods to first select the feed and remove the moldy feed; then, the non-mildew feed is further dried to achieve the purpose of mildewproofing and mildew resistance.
2. Rinsing method The mycotoxins can be removed from granular materials such as corn and soybeans by rinsing with fresh water or repeatedly rinsing with 2% lime water.
3. Heat treatment method For baking pan materials, 48-61% of aflatoxin B1 and 32%-40% of aflatoxin are baked at a temperature of 150°C for 30 minutes or microwaved for 8-9 minutes. G1 is destroyed.
Second, chemical methods
1. Ammonia treatment Treatment of moldy feed with ammonia or ammonia can reduce the content of aflatoxin B1 in the feed by 90% to 95%. The method is: Seal the moldy feed in the fumigation tank or plastic film bag, make the water content more than 18%, and pass ammonia gas for fumigation for 10 hours. The method of detoxification of soybean powder is as follows: In the case of a relative humidity of 50%, 2% urea is added as a urease to soybean powder, and 10 hours of sealing can destroy more than 70% of aflatoxin B1.
2. Clay or Zeolite Treatment The main component of clays and zeolites is aluminosilicates. Aluminosilicate can selectively bind to aflatoxin B1. In aqueous solution, it has an adsorption rate of more than 80% to the toxin. The commonly used method is to add 0.5% of clay or zeolite to the feed, which can not only promote the livestock and poultry. Growth and development, but also to remove mycotoxins.
3. Lime Treatment A 5% quicklime was added to the mildewed pig feed and the detoxification rate was 90% to 99%. Tests have shown that pigs fed this method to detoxify pigs have normal appetite and good growth and development.
Third, biological methods use lactic acid bacteria for fermentation, under the catalytic action of the enzyme, the conversion of aflatoxin B1 to less toxic B2. Using this method to treat feed not only reduces the toxicity of mycotoxins in feed but also increases feed nutrition (mycelial proteins) and improves palatability. It should be noted that the above treatment method is only applicable to mild moldy feeds. After treatment, it must be mixed with other feeds, and it is forbidden to be used as the main feedstuff. For heavily mildewed feeds, it is entirely discarded because of the high processing costs.
Several feeds to mold detoxification>
In hot and rainy seasons, feeds during storage and transportation are often susceptible to mildew due to high levels of moisture and are susceptible to infection by toxic fungi such as Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus parasiticus, Fusarium and Aspergillus flavus. These fungi can produce a variety of toxins, cause poisoning in livestock and poultry, light inhibit the growth and development of livestock and poultry, and severely lead to the death of livestock and poultry. Therefore, in order to prevent poisoning of livestock and poultry, the mycotoxins in the feed must be removed before feeding. Several detoxification methods for mildew feed are introduced.
