Note: The ambient temperature during installation is better than 45 °C, ensuring that the machine is fully functional. Please follow the relevant regulations for power supply, load and grounding.

A. For the first time, you must check whether the following items are correct:

1. Whether the power supply voltage and phase number meet the model specifications, please refer to the nameplate. Note 3HP above the water machine power supply is three-phase, voltage 380-415V, 50HZ power supply phase is RST, neutral line (zero line) N, ground The line is E.

2. Whether the replenishment water inlet has been connected to the pipeline, and the water source must not be closed.

3. Start the pump after filling the ice water tank with water.

4. Please pay attention to whether the pump and fan motor are running in reverse, such as reverse

Replace any two of the power bit lines, and then connect them to the board.

5. Turn on the water pump switch. At this time, please note that the frozen water inlet and outlet ball valves must be opened.

6, after the Zui open the compressor switch, after the delay switch compressor and fan will automatically run, please check and adjust the required temperature.

7. When shutting down, please shut down in reverse order.

B ) 1. The ice water pump can't run without water in the water tank (the pump will automatically stop running when the water tank of the ice water machine is no more than 6HP, the low water level light will light up and there will be a warning sign.)

2. Operate the switch as much as possible to avoid continuous switching.

3. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, the fan motor and compressor will stop running automatically. This is a normal phenomenon.

4, the temperature switch should be avoided to set below 5 ° C, to prevent evaporator icing

5. To ensure the cooling effect and maintain the good condition, please clean the condenser filter every week.

Note 1:

When the condenser heat dissipation is poor, the compressor efficiency is low, and the running current is increased. When the high pressure rises to every 24 kgf/cm2, the compressor is protected by the high voltage switch, the compressor stops running, and the low heat dissipation indicator light is on. Please check: 1) Whether the fan motor is running, whether the fan blade is broken 2) Whether the heat dissipation aluminum piece is not clean or the oil is too thick; 3) Whether the surrounding air is unblocked or overheated; 4) Whether the machine is close to the wall, after the above is normal Then reset the high voltage switch to operate normally.

Note 2:

Insufficient refrigerant treatment:

1. When the water temperature is above 5 °C, when the low pressure is lower than 2 kgf/cm ² , it means that the cold coal is insufficient. Generally, we must first make the leaking or treatment of the leaking refrigerant, then replace the desiccant and re-vacuate. Fill the appropriate refrigerant.

2. When you find that the leaking refrigerant is partially immersed in water, stop the operation of the ice water machine and quickly remove the water from the water tank. Inform the division to send personnel to repair as soon as possible to prevent the compressor from inhaling the water and causing more serious damage.

Note 3:

1. When the high and low pressure are in normal operation, the high pressure meter shows that 13-18kgf/cm ² is good for zui, but not higher than 20kgf/cm ² . When the high pressure is higher than 24kgf/cm ² , the high voltage switch trips, please follow the instructions. The low pressure is better than 3-4.5 kgf/cm ² but not less than 2 kgf/cm ² , and the low pressure trip should be handled according to Note 2.

2. When the pressure difference between the high pressure and the low pressure is very little or equal when the compressor is running, it means that the valve of the compressor itself is broken or broken. Please stop the operation and notify the company to send someone to handle it.

3, please note that the above situation is when the compressor is running normally, if there is no high, low and low pressure balance is still normal.

Note 4:

When the compressor fails for some reason, the water pump may continue to run at this time, which may cause the water temperature to rise rapidly. When the water temperature exceeds 70 °C, the water pipe and the water pump shaft seal in the machine may cause damage and water leakage.
