Conventional autoclaves are available in different grades and can be broadly classified into two types: pre-vacuum hot steam sterilizers and pre-vacuum hot steam sterilizers. To achieve good high temperature sterilization, it is best to use a high pressure steam sterilizer with 3 pre-vacuums.
