According to the large and heavy characteristics of the tray, the automatic operation of the cleaning machine is adopted. From the loading to the cleaning and drying, all the machines are completed, which liberates the labor and saves costs. After the machine is turned on, the pallet is sent to the destacking machine (10 pieces) by the forklift, and the pallet is divided into single pieces by the destacking machine, and sequentially enters the inlet of the washing machine. First, high-pressure hot water spray (can be added with cleaning agent), and then a second high-pressure water circulation spray to effectively remove the stain on the surface of the tray, the third time using water spray (3 times a total of cleaning). After cleaning, 12-20 fans are used to form a large number of surface free water. The tray containing the surface water film enters the tunnel dryer for high-pressure circulating hot air drying (16 high-temperature fans) to ensure good drying effect. The cleaned and dried trays are palletized by a palletizer, and the workflow ends and is then transported by the forklift.
