With the connecting rod screw, take out the connecting rod cover, pull the crankshaft from the machine side, and then use a wire to pass through the screw on the big end of the connecting rod. (4) Decide how to trim according to the erosion of the crankshaft journal and match it with the corresponding tile. (5) Put on the crankshaft according to conventional loading of the main shaft, turn the crankshaft so that the crank turn backwards, and then pull the wire tied to the big end of the connecting rod, so that the piston connecting rod group moves to the bottom dead center until the connecting rod big and even Rod journal fits. Insert the upper tile from the back face to the connecting rod's large end and the journal, press the lower tile into the connecting rod cover, then manually screw in the connecting rod screw, then install the main bearing cap. (6) After tightening the connecting rod screws with the specified torque, replace all the removed parts.
