This indicates that China's full implementation of the food nutrition label management system is of great significance in guiding the public in the rational choice of food, promoting dietary nutritional balance and reducing the risk of chronic non-communicable diseases.

The "General Rules for Nutrition Labeling of Prepackaged Foods" stipulates that prepackaged foods shall have mandatory labeling of four nutrient content and energy ("4+1") values ​​and their percentages of nutrient reference value on the label. "4" refers to core nutrients, ie, proteins. , fat, carbohydrate, sodium, "1" refers to energy.
