Dismantling and installation of agricultural machinery maintenance>
Agricultural machinery is inevitably disassembled and installed during routine maintenance and repair. Due to the variety of types and grades of various agricultural machinery, the structural characteristics are different. If the structure and technology of agricultural machinery are not mastered, it is easy to cause the situation of dismantling and hitting the parts. Therefore, when disassembling and installing agricultural machinery, the following rules should be followed for reference by the majority of operators.
1 The operating procedures should be considered in advance according to the structure of the agricultural machinery, so as not to be inverted.
2 When disassembling, use special tools as much as possible. It is strictly forbidden to hit the parts directly with a hammer.
3 The order of disassembly should be opposite to the order of assembly. Generally, the external parts should be disassembled first, and then disassembled according to the assembly and parts. When disassembling, it should also be disassembled in order from the outside to the inside and from the top to the bottom.
4 Disassembly must be clear about the return direction of the parts. Care should be taken to place the precision parts. For example, the long shaft parts of the screw must be hung with ropes and wrapped with cloth to prevent bending deformation and bumping.
5 The removed parts must be placed in the wooden frame, wooden box or part plate in order, and should not be placed on the ground to prevent damage and rust.
6 Remove the parts as far as possible according to the original structure, such as shafts, gears, screws, keys, gaskets, positioning pins, etc.
7 pairs of parts that are processed or not interchangeable should be marked before disassembly and stringed with ropes to avoid confusion.
8 In order to facilitate the inspection of the defects of the parts, the removed parts should be cleaned as necessary, and the parts after cleaning should be coated with oil to prevent corrosion.
1 Assembly should be carried out from the inside to the outside, from bottom to top, in the order that does not affect the next process.
2 The assembly should be serious, and the important and complicated parts should be checked repeatedly to avoid wrong installation, multi-loading and missing installation.
3 The assembled machine must be adjusted or tested.
4 In strict accordance with the technical requirements, carry out item-by-item inspection, such as sliding, rotating parts should be lubricated.
5 Note that dirt should not enter the parts.
